Buy Tickets
Raise a glass to winter in wine country

Élevage returns this Family Day weekend with our one-of-a-kind winter wine festival. Discover seasonal fare, artisanal cheeses, and of course, delightful wines and ciders at 16 venues. This year’s celebration will be centred around the theme of wine and family connection, embracing the concept of “Nurturing our Roots”.

Saturday, February 17th – Sunday, February 18th

At Élevage, you’ll meet like-minded wine enthusiasts, exchange stories, and learn from experts in the field. Whether you’re a seasoned oenophile or simply curious about the wines and ciders of Prince Edward County, this weekend promises to be an extraordinary opportunity to experience the heart and soul of The County’s wineries—where family stories are woven into every bottle.

Be sure to join us for the Grand Tasting on Sunday, February 18th at Huff Estates from 3–6 PM, and where you’ll be able to try and buy wines from 13 producers under one roof, as well as perfectly paired, locally produced foods.
